  1. Awesome, thanks for this Tim! I do written weekly reports now for the team and share in Google docs to slack… I agree it isn’t too good for the culture

    But for videos, should I make them private in YouTube and send them the link or? Just wondering the technical part of the team videos and privacy

    1. If you host them on Youtube, you should make them private as you’ll be discussing internal numbers and objectives. You could simply host them on Amazon S3 for download if you wish.
